Location was prime for sightseeing. The room felt cozy, and the shower was seriously nice! Staff were super friendly and helped us with any questions. The restaurant had solid food options too. Just a bit annoying that the elevator was acting up during our stay, but overall, it didn't ruin the vibe.

The breakfast offered a good variety. the cold options were decent, and it was nice to have a choice. The location is a major highlight, just a short walk from the train station and the central plaza. I could easily explore the city without hassle. the soundproofing left much to be desired. I heard the street noise quite clearly at night. The elevator situation was also frustrating. it felt cramped, especially when carrying luggage. Navigating through the annex building was a bit awkward as well, and I wasn’t initially informed that my room wouldn’t be in the main building. I appreciate the effort for cleanliness, but there were some areas in common spaces that felt a bit unkempt. the staff was cordial but not particularly engaging at front desk check-in. I didn’t feel as welcomed as I hoped.

the wifi kept dropping (so annoying! ) but the location was perfect, so close to tourist sites. room had spacious layout, and plenty of toiletries were provided. breakfast options were amazing, the fresh fruit was a highlight!

The room was huge with a large bathroom. Breakfast options were fantastic, especially the fresh fruit. Staff were kind and helpful, answering all my questions. The location made exploring easy, with major attractions nearby. I also enjoyed the two-hour happy hour each night. 🍹

I could hear nearly every conversation outside my door. The breakfast, while generous, leaned towards the standard fare without any local flair, which would have added to the experience. there were issues with the Wi-Fi connection requiring frequent re-logs, which was a hassle when trying to plan my day.

We appreciated the excellent location, with tapas bars within walking distance and a spacious room that made our stay very comfortable. The friendly staff was always available to help, and the breakfast offered a great variety.
