Superb location! I adored how close we were to the main attractions and local eateries.

The air conditioning was quite flawed, making it uncomfortable during the hotter hours.

Very impressed with a double room with all comforts.

The location was particularly good, feet from old town We liked being stroll from a railroad station. The room was great-sized, had particularly nice views and featured a small mini bar and climate control.

The hotel's central location made sightseeing seamless! Really good staff ready to assist at all times. Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere perfect for relaxation.

Staff cannot say "buenos dias". Breakfast is more like 3star. Television broadcasts in Spanish only --- this in the 21st century ! The hotel needs to call the city council to ask them to clean up the street.

This was a marvellous and lovely location near the historical centre and a lot of restaurants, eateries, shopping and sightseeing and Very close to all the old town sights. Had lunch/dinner at Restaurante Navarro, which I found approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Good breakfast, had pastries, fruit and cheese and more.

Location was prime for sightseeing. The room felt cozy, and the shower was seriously nice! Staff were super friendly and helped us with any questions. The restaurant had solid food options too.

Very friendly staf, nice and clean room. Very comfortable beds, close to city centre (1km) and metro (0,3km). Would recommend to anyone!

We went as a couple who wanted to explore Valencia and found this hotel to be in a perfect location for the Old Town and access to transport, to see the rest of the city.

The room had a mini-bar, a nice touch. Daily towel changes kept things fresh. The shower pressure was fantastic, perfect for revitalizing after a long day. The breakfast offered a good variety. The cold options were decent, and it was nice to have a choice. The location is a major highlight, just a short walk from the train station and the central plaza. I could easily explore the city without hassle. The soundproofing left much to be desired. I heard the street noise quite clearly at night. It felt cramped, especially when carrying luggage. Navigating through the annex building was a bit awkward as well, and I wasn't initially informed that my room wouldn't be in the main building. I appreciate the effort for cleanliness, but there were some areas in common spaces that felt a bit unkempt. The staff was cordial but not particularly engaging at front desk check-in. I didn't feel as welcomed as I hoped. Those small improvements could really enhance the experience.

The location is great as it's close to central statition and city center. There is a nice local restaurant nearby called Rokelin on the main street.

It's a decent hotel but do not expect a big luxary. However, the quality is good.

Quiet atmosphere, even so some people working here are very arrogant.

Views are pretty bad.

the wifi kept dropping (so annoying! ) but the location was perfect, so close to tourist sites. room had spacious layout, and plenty of toiletries were provided. breakfast options were amazing, the fresh fruit was a highlight!

The room was very clean and very comfortable. Short walk to train station and city centre. The stuffs were very nice and they speak English. Very good value for the price we paid. The hotel is also environmental conscious.

Rooms were of a very high standard and were very clean. A good choice was to be had at breakfast. Excellent value for money.
